Learn how to make this versatile dessert recipe with less than 15 minutes of prep time!
One of my go to quick dessert recipes to make is a moist banana bread. I am very big on preventing food waste so anytime I see a banana going ripe, I’ll pop it in the freezer. This recipe only calls for three bananas so when I have enough I’ll whip this up in 15 minutes.
This is one of my husbands favorite desserts so I make it quite often. Feel free to add any ingredients, this recipe is very flexible and forgiving (so if you mix up the steps…shhh..no one will know). I’ve added in sliced persimmons (when they were in season), sliced almonds and semi sweet chocolate chips. I will try adding in some crushed pineapples next time. Since this recipe is very forgiving it’s great for new bakers, so I highly recommend you start with a recipe like this.
